[ Dena Day is a "Woman of High Integrity with Work Ethics that are impeccable. She came Highly recommended by my BFF. I held on to her number for awhile before calling. My BFF said to me, " Your home is beautiful. I don't know what the problem is but, if Dena can't sell it, it is not meant to be sold." Well we called Dena after being on the market for almost a year. I called and gave Dena my information. Dena researched our home and all the amenities. The next day we were scheduled an appointment. I arrived early to apologize in advance for what Michael was going to say. Dena arrived smiling (CONFIDENT). Michael talked about our wants, expectations, and experiences, while Dena listened (FOCUSED). Dena then told us what she could do and how she was going to do it (PROFESSIONAL). She placed the house on the market and we had 5 confirmed showings;then 3 more. Within two weeks we had an offer with a signed contract(EXPERIENCED). We closed on 3/20/20 at 0800am. Everyone at the title company spoke very well of Dena too(PERSONABLE). However, later that day we experienced a road block with the wire transfer. Dean was our advocate and kept us abreast of everything (COMMUNICATES EFFECTIVELY). She obtained a least for two days so that the buyers would not be delayed in moving while protecting her clients' interest.(COMPASSIONATE and PROFESSIONAL). She could have walked away but she remained with us to the end (LOYALTY). Don't forget, Dena was also juggling Michael's rage in the background(MULTITASKER). On Monday, Dena continued as our advocate with the Title Company until the wire was complete(DEDICATED and COMMITTED). Michael apologized for his behavior via text to DENA.
