If there was I would definitely give it to Dena Day. We live in Arizona and wanted to put our house on the market here and try to buy a house simultaneously there. Unfortunately it did not work out for us to sell our house here. During the entire time we dealt with Dena she had extreme patience with us. She went way above and beyond what any realtor normally does. She spent so much time on the phone with us and numerous texts, she and her husband both provided wonderful recommendations. Not only did she find us a house there but she did more for us than our realtor did here in Arizona. She provided recommendations and ideas on selling our house here. I would HIGHLY recommend Day Real Estate Group to anyone looking to purchase property within the area they service.
My primary point of contact was Curtis, but I interacted with Dena as well. Both were very friendly, helpful, and respectful to me throughout the entire home buying process. Curtis helped me to find a newly constructed home that I loved from the moment I first saw it. Had it not been for him, I would not have even known the house was available. As a first time homebuyer- and as someone who is very sensitive when it comes to making major purchases- I know that I was not the easiest customer he’s ever had. Regardless, he was very patient with me, never got frustrated with me for any reason, and made sure that I fully understood what was going on throughout the process. In multiple ways, he bent over backwards for me, made sure that I was getting the best deal possible, and did everything he could to make sure I was going to be satisfied with my decision. There were a few hiccups throughout the process which, by the way, were not his fault in any way whatsoever; but even so, when those problems arose, he intervened and came to my defense. I could have possibly been put into a bad situation had he not been looking out for me. On more than one occasion, he even told me that he wanted the best for me because “I was like family.” He made me feel as if I was his only customer. It is very difficult to please me when it comes to making large purchases- but I can legitimately say that I am 100 percent satisfied with his services, I could not have asked for anyone better, and he would be the first person I would go to if I wanted to buy a home again. There honestly aren’t enough good things I can say. This couple deserves every bit of business they get.

Curtis and Dena bent over backwards for me in multiple ways to make sure I was satisfied. I felt that they truly had my best interests in mind and wanted me to be happy. As a first time homebuyer- and as someone who is sensitive when it comes to major purchases- I know that I was not the easiest customer they’ve ever had; but they were very patient and friendly with me throughout the entire process.
